Sealing with RAKU-PUR. Our foam gaskets made of polyurethane (PUR) stand for highest quality and easy handling. For more than 25 years, in-situ sealings have been applied in many industrial areas. RAKU-PUR foam gaskets are distinguished by low water absorption, good adhesion to different surfaces, high temperature resistance and the cost-efficient manufacturing process.
Compact Gaskets (FIPG: Formed-In-Place-Gaskets)
Un-foamed in-situ gaskets are produced from polymerization without an increase of volume after dispensing. The gaskets can be adjusted from liquid to thixotropic. RAMPF offers a wide range of unique materials for different industries and applications.
Thixotropic Foam Gaskets (FIPFG: Formed-In-Place-Foam-Gaskets)
High-thixotropic gasket systems, which can be applied with or without groove. RAMPF Foam in Place Gaskets can be used on plain surfaces and are also excellent suitable for the application of three-dimensional surfaces.
Liquid Foam Gaskets (FIPFG: Formed-In-Place-Foam-Gaskets)
Liquid foam gaskets require a distinctive groove and a plain surface. The liquid gaskets are self-leveling.
