Three new trainees for RAMPF Giessharze
“We are delighted to once again be sending three new trainees into the profession this year,” said Michael Rampf, CEO of RAMPF Holding, in welcoming the new trainees to Grafenberg. “Our trainees work in very different disciplines, from warehouse logistics to the laboratory,” he added. As at 1 September 2011, RAMPF Giessharze has around 180 employees, 14 of them trainees.
Meike Keller (16) is starting her training as a chemical laboratory assistant at RAMPF Giessharze because she enjoyed chemistry at school. She heard about RAMPF by chance and applied. Patrick Hess is commencing his training as a warehouse logistics specialist, having already completed a placement in this field. Marco Hammele is beginning his training as a chemical technician at RAMPF Giessharze. Chemical technicians work in the various production processes involved in the manufacture of chemical products.
“In RAMPF, Meike Keller, Patrik Hess and Marco Hemmele have found a partner that takes the training of young people seriously and offers them interesting prospects for the future,” said Michael Rampf. Following an initial introduction to the five companies in the RAMPF Group, he stressed: “Despite our highly dynamic image, we are a family company.”
