RAMPF Academy offers innovative training
More than 30 years of expertise in the fields of polyurethane, silicone and epoxy hide behind the name RAMPF Giessharze. Its extensive knowledge of the plastics the company passes from now on not only in user training, but also with the RAMPF Academy. The new training program is certified by the University of Bern and combines chemical expertise with innovation management. The seminars will also create new product ideas.

Electro casting: RAMPF develops highly flame retardant products
RAMPF has developed a series of extreme temperature-resistant electro casting resins with highly flame retardant properties to protect power electronics in vehicles from overheating. The two-component polyurethane systems belonging to the RAKU-PUR® brand carry on reliably doing their job at temperatures ranging from -50 to +130 °C.
KraussMaffei and RAMPF Giessharze: strategic partnership in high-pressure processing
In future, KraussMaffei Technologies GmbH and RAMPF Giessharze will be working together at “high pressure”. The two companies have formalized their worldwide cooperation in the field of high-pressure polyurethane processing by signing a cooperation agreement. The long-awaited, single-sequence process to injection mold a part and immediately add a PUR seal is now a reality. The two cooperation partners in this project have both forged ahead with new technological developments. KraussMaffei contributes the mixing head for high-pressure metering of very small output volumes, RAMPF supplies the high-pressure sealing foams.
RAMPF Giessharze with new product for the automotive sector: low-emission foam gaskets
RAMPF Giessharze has been issued with a series release by Bavarian luxury auto maker BMW for its RAKU-PUR ® 32-3250-26 two-component sealing gaskets right across all of its vehicle types. The thixotropic system provides impressive mechanical strength and low emission values, and is simple to apply even on components with the most complex geometries.

Bondexpo 2010: RAMPF celebrates successful presentation
Nothing less than a red carpet the RAMPF Group had rolled out at its booth for visitors of the Bondexpo 2010. Every day about 250 interested people came directly to the fair highlight. The dispensing cell DC-CNC with an integrated induction generator bonded components with a structural one-component polyurethane adhesive in seconds.
