RAMPF at the Chinaplas 2007
As in practice everyday, also during the Chinaplas 2007, the German companies RAMPF Dosiertechnik and RAMPF Giessharze have to coordinate various parameters: assemby, casting and sealing in one application.

The combination works – visitors can look and see such a system casting filters with polyurethane foam. With the skilful coordination of different materials as well as the interaction of meter, mix and dispense cell DC-CNC, mixing system and robotics RAMPF Dosiertechnik, is responding to the increasing customer requirements for easy processes.
A compact system, multi purpose, material independent – there are many features describing the DC-CNC. This dispensing equipment is part of the product range of Rampf Dosiertechnik from Zimmern o. R. in Germany.
Equipped with a small conveyor belt the Rampf DC-CNC will show its performance at the Chinaplas 2007. The compact system will cast filters with polyurethane foam. Single or double quantity is no problem for the DC-CNC. The integrated MS-C dynamic mixing system can achieve any desired result within seconds.
"The DC-CNC is part of our concept of intelligent meter, mix and dispense systems for one- and multiple component materials", says Bernd Faller. Further features will be revealed at booth B70, hall 1B.
One of the special highlights is the MS-C. With the dynamic mixing system RAMPF Dosiertechnik sets trends to the market. In the meantime the company got a patent for the unrevalled all-rounder.
With the MS-C the specialists of RAMPF have developed an innovative system which suites for various applications like casting, sealing and bonding – no matter what kind of material. Their consistency can vary between liquid and highly thixotrope. Further-more the MS-C with its compact design consists of four levels: the mixing chamber, the pneumatic operated shut-off valve, the valve system and the coupling unit. The system can be combined without any difficulty with different low pressure meter, mix and dis-pense machines. Thanks to the servo driven valve system RAMPF Dosiertechnik is able to offer even more: high precision, long lifetime and low maintenance for highest customer satisfaction.
Another major advantage represents the closely cooperation with the sister company RAMPF Giessharze. Its product range is large. Two-component polyurethane casting resins are used in a wide range of applications. Their flexibility is also shown at the Chinaplas.
The R&D department had to pay attention to get adhesion of the RAKU-PUR® foam gasket. The foam has to be strongly tied with the filter material. The system has to assure the permanent adhesion, but also the rapid curing - without venting to avoid collapsing of the foam gasket.
