Designing with RAKU-PUR. Spray moulding is used for reinforcing of deep drawn components. Our polyurethane (PUR) materials show high impact strength and fast curing. Spray moulding also offers many advantages for the production of lightweight and rugged plastic components. It shows low material consumption, easy and fast production of complete geometries as well as low waste. Further more RAMPF Giessharze offers food-genuine versions.

- The application of the strengthening layer can be done in a low or
high pressure process - Simultaneous spraying of fibreglass or natural fibres is possible
- The material also doesn’t drip when spraying on vertical surfaces
- The high impact resistance of the material ensures the protection
of the outer sprayed skin - The curing is finished in less than 1 minute
- The layer thickness is between 5 – 15 mm
4. Optional: Die Hinterfüllung mit Hartschaum
- Das Material wird mittels Hochdruckverfahren über einen Anguss in die dann geschlossene Form geschäumt
- Dies sorgt für eine hohe mechanische Stabilität, eine gute Wärmeisolierung und eine ideale Leichtbauweise
- Der Hartschaum haftet hervorragend auf den vorherigen Schichten
